Shipping

Shipping is available both to the U.K. and worldwide, postage is added accordingly and due to rising costs these have had to increase as a result.

Delivery Timings

All ready-made pieces ordered will be sent within 3 working days - unless when placing your order there is a website banner that says otherwise, e.g. if I’m out of the country! Pieces will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver in 2-3 working days (for the UK, longer for international). For made-to-order items, this info will be specified.

Please note that for some countries, deliveries may incur customs charges. These are to be paid for by the customer.

Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for a swap or credit. My pieces are represented within my photos and descriptions so please do order only when you are sure, for a refund please get in touch to discuss further.

Items to be exchanged (or refunded) must be unused and shipped back well-packaged and secure to ensure no breakages.

The shipping costs for exchanges (or refunds if agreed) will need to be covered by the customer and will need to use a tracked and insured service. Broken or used pieces will unfortunately not be able to be refunded or exchanged.

The Nature of Handmade

All of my pieces are either hand thrown on the potters wheel or hand built. Every kiln firing, glaze mixture and handmade piece may from time to time vary slightly in terms of shape, colour and exact size. However the photos and dimensions provided will give you a very good indication of the finished product you’ll receive. That’s the beauty of unique handcrafted pottery!

ECO-FRIENDLY Packaging

When you receive your item you might notice that I’ll use a variety of packaging types to ensure your ware(s) arrive in one piece. I hoard boxes, both cardboard and eco bubble wrap (the latter will be green or blue in colour), as well as secondhand/collected plastic bubble wrap. Please re-use and recycle!

Privacy Policy

Your data is not shared with any third parties and is only used to send your items to you.
